The Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee shall investigate all complaints against any person not authorized to practice law who is alleged to be performing acts or services constituting the practice of law, to take informal action as necessary against the unauthorized practice of law, to punish or prevent the unauthorized practice of law and to coordinate its activities with those of similar county bar association committees. Click here for the text of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee Charter.
