The Children's Rights Committee studies questions and problems that affect children and monitors and/or makes recommendations concerning legislation relating to their interests. The committee informs lawyers on matters concerning children and develops programs for the legal profession to promote more effective advocacy on behalf of children in trial and appellate courts and implement such public education campaigns as are deemed appropriate.
