The Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee shall respond to requests of any member concerning the impact of the provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct or the Code of Judicial Conduct upon that member's prospective conduct. The committee shall review and recommend any proposals for change in the rules governing professional responsibility. 

Members of the committee are appointed by the PBA president.

All ethics opinions written by the committee are available to PBA members.
